Job Opportunity

The purpose of this role is to assist with the day-to-day functions of a depositary services offering. This involves working under the direction of a senior team member to ensure the smooth operation of all aspects related to fund record keeping, depositary matters, and client queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with fund record keeping, including preparing asset confirmations, reconciliations, and proofing investment holdings.
  • Support depositary teams with ad-hoc requests and complete routine queries.
  • Maintain accurate records on financial systems and working paper schedules.
Requirements
  • Experience in depositary or custody functions gained in a bank or similar role.
  • Solid technical knowledge of financial services, supported by ongoing learning and development.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.
