Depositary Services Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Depositary Services Professional to ensure the smooth operation of our fund platform, maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine operating procedures relating to depositary services in collaboration with direct line Manager
  • Monitor all cash flows passing through the fund platform following established procedures
  • Safeguard fund assets, whether through custody or verification of ownership
  • Oversee the proper operation of the fund platform, implementing ex post controls and checks
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Act as a higher authority on internal and external day-to-day queries
  • Support direct line Manager on delegated tasks (Billing, onboarding, etc…)
  • Provide oversight and monitoring, including transaction reviews and documentation collection process
  • Act as a 4-eyes level of review on depositary matters, adhering to professional guidelines
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A relevant professional qualification is desirable
  • Sound technical knowledge supported through training and development programs
  • Computer literacy, word processing, and spreadsheet skills are essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for developing close working relationships
  • An eye for detail and good degree of initiative for providing commercial solutions
  • A willingness to read and interpret regulations and legislation
  • Experience of day-to-day supervision and people management
  • Experience of responsibility for client relationships
