Our team is seeking a skilled Depositary Assistant to support the day-to-day functions of our depositary services. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of record keeping, including maintaining accurate records on eFront and Microsoft Excel working paper schedules. You will also assist with depositary matters, such as preparing asset confirmations, reconciliations, and proofing investment holdings. Additionally, you will complete routine depositary queries and prepare periodic cash reconciliations.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in depositary/custody function gained in a bank or similar experience gained in audit or fund accounting role.
  • Sound technical financial services knowledge, which can be supported through professional development opportunities.
  • Computer literacy skills are essential, and you must be quick to learn new systems.
  • You will have the opportunity to study towards a professional qualification.
