Overview

We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join our dynamic team. As a Corporate Lawyer, you will advise on mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings, and corporate restructurings. You will also draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and shareholder agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • A qualified solicitor with experience in corporate transactions and commercial contracts
  • Strong commercial awareness and client-focused approach
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills
