Director of Architecture Job Description

This role is responsible for defining and implementing the company's contact center and associate desktop experience architecture.

  • Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to drive innovation and excellence in the organization.
  • Experience with enterprise contact center platforms, including voice and interactive voice response technology.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to design and support enterprise-level infrastructure using public cloud technologies, particularly AWS and Azure.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Ten years or more of experience working in an architecture or engineering role.
  • Five years or more of experience as a solution architect.

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining contact center and EC3-related capabilities, solutions, architectures, patterns, standards, guidelines, and specifications for the company's blueprint. You will also support and enable technology product leaders to deliver increased value to customers and operations associates while ensuring that solutions meet high standards for quality, performance, and scale.
