Exceptional Early Years Educator Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Early Years Educator.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and evaluate engaging learning experiences for children based on their interests and developmental needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with national frameworks.
- Maintain positive relationships with children, families, and staff by promoting respect, equality, diversity, and confidentiality.
- Report concerns or incidents and advocate for children and employees as necessary.
- Foster partnerships with external agencies and professionals to support child welfare and represent the organization at meetings/conferences when required.
- A minimum of a Level 5 full award in Childcare or a related field is essential.
- Previous experience in a childcare setting within a similar environment is highly desirable.
