Warehouse Operative Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform all duties professionally, in an organised and timely manner, to deliver the performance required by the company.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy working environment at all times.
  • Carry out work in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure compliance with Quality systems, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and in accordance with EHS management systems.
  • Ensure that all work is to a high standard and that recording is accurate and legible.
  • Report any breaches of SOPs, company policies, safety procedures, environmental procedures and/or GMP.
  • Avoid any loss of materials and product through spillages, contaminants etc. when handling them.
  • Operate company equipment and instruments according to standard operating procedures to avoid damage and to ensure safe working of same.
  • Handle all materials according to safety instructions so as not to endanger oneself, others or the environment.
  • Take part in any projects associated with the company's Continuous Improvement Programmes.
  • Assist the Warehouse Team Leader/Manager in any other work to ensure the objectives of the Supply Chain Department and those of the company are met.
  • Undertake all training & development programmes (both in-house and external) deemed necessary and appropriate for job, organisation and/or personal development.
  • Ensure that one's own training record is complete and up to date.
  • Contribute to the achievement of the Departments and Company's EHS goals by exercising a duty of care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bendi Forklift Certificate
  • Counterbalance Forklift Certificate
  • Reach Forklift Certificate
Benefits:
  • Pay rate: 17 euros per hour.
  • Monday to Thursday: 07:30 am - 04 pm
  • Friday: 07:30 am - 03 pm
