We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Champion. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about achieving results, meeting customer needs, and providing exceptional service.

As a Customer Service Champion, you will be the welcoming host for our customers, ensuring they have an outstanding experience in our retail shops. Your enthusiasm for technology will help you promote our products and services, creating a friendly atmosphere that encourages customers to engage with us.

• You will exceed customer expectations by building effective relationships, hosting customers in-shop, cross-selling our products and services, and clearly communicating answers to customer queries.
• You will assist customers to place bets through various channels, maintain excellent shop presentation standards, and step up to guide operations in the absence of the Shop Manager.
• You will adapt to different situations while remaining customer-focused and fulfill social responsibility duties by adhering to established guidelines and regulations.
