Job Description

As an Optical Network Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, deploying, and operating optical networking solutions using existing and new optical fiber technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the integration of cutting-edge hollow core fiber technologies into the network infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement scalable network solutions to meet the growing demands of our infrastructure.
  • Design, build, and scale solid-core and hollow-core networks across metro and long-haul domains.
  • Develop software solutions to automate operational processes and explore innovative approaches to reduce manual effort through AI and software solutions.
  • Lead mission-critical operations for both solid core and hollow core fiber networks.
Qualifications

Technical experience in network design, development, and automation or relevant degree with technical experience. Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
