Pastry Chef Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Pastry Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for crafting exceptional desserts and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts that exceed customer expectations.
  • Innovate with fresh ingredients and exciting new recipes to keep our menu offerings fresh and exciting.
  • Lead the pastry section, ensuring top-notch quality and hygiene standards are met at all times.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure seamless service and consistency across all dishes.
  • Mentor and inspire junior pastry staff to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Maintain strict food safety and health standards in accordance with industry regulations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen environment (fine dining or hotels preferred).
  • A strong passion for pastry perfection and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland.
