Learning Solutions Strategist

As a Learning Solutions Strategist, you will partner with stakeholders to define and implement effective learning programs required to drive business growth.

About the Role
  • Apply consultative skills to assess skill gaps and prioritize learning needs that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Initiate and facilitate discussions with leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to drive clear learning outcomes and strategies.
  • Lead the development of learning project plans, applying project management principles and tools to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of training projects.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Design and deliver presentations aligned to audience needs.
  • Develop and execute effective communication plans and campaigns to promote learning solutions across multiple channels.
  • Manage vendor relationships and external partnerships to ensure quality and cost-effective delivery of learning solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years' experience preferably within a related industry or consultancy.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business priorities into learning solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
