**Job Summary:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a staff team in providing a high-quality person-centred Day Service based on the interim standards set out in New Directions, including individual programmes, Cosan, QQI education programmes, activities and social inclusion.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Leading a staff team in delivering high-quality person-centred care services.
- Developing and implementing individualised support plans for clients.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports as required.
**Requirements:**
- Degree in Social Care or related field (QQI Level 7 Bachelor of Arts in Applied Social Studies (Disability) - Open Training College).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in management or leadership roles in intellectual disability services.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate staff teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
