Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Gene Therapy Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our gene therapy products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on quality procedures and protocols.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in gene therapy quality assurance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, such as biochemistry or chemistry.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a GMP environment, preferably in gene therapy or biologics.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MSc or PhD in a relevant field.
  • Experience with mammalian cell culture and/or flow cytometry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
