Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Control Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by conducting analytical testing and implementing Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliant activities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in biochemistry or a related field, with experience in GMP environments and analytical techniques such as qPCR, HPLC, and Western Blot. You will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine analytical testing for product release
  • Support testing at external contract labs for raw materials and final products
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and suitability
  • Record Out-of-Specification results, non-conformances, investigations, and corrective actions
  • Assist in developing and updating SOPs and documentation
  • Complete required training timely
  • Maintain QC facilities to meet GMP standards and support site visits
  • Support the Quality Management System, document control, and data integrity
Requirements:
  • BSc in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related field
  • 0-2 years GMP experience
  • Experience with gene therapy or biologics methods (e.g., qPCR, HPLC, Western Blot)
  • Mammalian cell culture or flow cytometry experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn systems and processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
