The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a productive work environment, ensuring staff adhere to quality and safety controls, and organizing the department efficiently.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Upholding constant levels of staff productivity and implementing effective training programs
  • Ensuring quality and safety controls are followed at all times
  • Maintaining the food and beverage department in an organized and efficient manner
  • Nurturing a positive working environment and leading by example
  • Complying with company policies and procedures
