Schedule Manager

We are seeking a Schedule Manager to fill this critical role. As a Schedule Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop individual Project Gantt Charts from first principles using Primavera P6 in accordance with standard Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and other stakeholders to identify realistic durations for all activities across the full lifecycle of projects.
  • Develop the appropriate leads, lags, contingency allowances (float) and dependencies such that the critical path is identified for each individual project.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or equivalent technical degree and/or minimum 10+ years' experience.
  • Ability to coordinate & organize multiple sources of schedule inputs/performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports as required.
  • Experience building critical path schedules from knowledge and first principles, interviewing and leading workshops with project resources.
Desirable Skills:
  • Extremely proficient in Primavera P6.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop long term relationships with all team members, and effectively balance people and processes.
