Job Opportunity

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting people with complex needs and promoting their independence. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring that residents have the best possible quality of life.

Key responsibilities will include facilitating person-centred approaches to support, promoting safeguarding and equality, dignity and diversity, and maximising independence. You will also assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and domestic duties, while establishing trusting professional relationships with residents.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and decision-making skills, be able to work effectively on their own initiative, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development. A strong working knowledge of regulatory compliance and HIQA standards is essential, as well as eligibility to work in Ireland and a QQI Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
