Job Title: Operations Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to support advanced manufacturing operations and contribute to the development of life-saving medical devices. This role offers a dynamic work environment where your technical skills will have a direct impact on healthcare.

This position is part of a close-knit team of approximately six Technicians and Production Core Teams across 3–4 key processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, and escalate complex problems to Engineering or Maintenance teams when necessary.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to investigate and resolve scrap and yield issues related to equipment and processes.
  • Work as part of a team, utilizing effective communication skills and being comfortable with learning new systems and tools.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with electrical or mechanical troubleshooting is highly advantageous.
  • A team player with effective communication skills.
