Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our hotel team as a Spa Cleaner in the Public Areas role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean all areas to the highest standards, adhering to LQA documents.
  • Restock spa linen and supplies promptly.
  • Ensure the pool area remains clean and well-maintained.
  • Provide excellent communication skills for dealing with guest enquiries.
  • Liaise with other departments to attend to guest requests efficiently.
General Requirements
  • Have a thorough understanding of the hotel's Vision and Mission.
  • Ensure all areas of responsibility are clean and well-maintained.
  • Report defective materials and equipment to the appropriate departments.
  • Control ambiance in the department to guest satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For
  • Able to provide the highest level of service to each guest.
