We are seeking an experienced Social Services Manager to join our team at TTM Healthcare Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our residential care team in providing high-quality care and support services to young people in our care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To develop and implement effective policies and procedures to promote the well-being and safety of the young people in our care.
  • To manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the residential care service.
  • To provide leadership and guidance to the residential care team to ensure the delivery of excellent care and support services to the young people in our care.
  • To work closely with colleagues to ensure that the needs of each young person are met, and their goals and aspirations are achieved.

**Requirements:**

  • A Level 8 Bachelor of Arts in Applied Social Studies or equivalent qualification.
  • Management qualification (e.g., Diploma in Management).
  • At least 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role in health or social care.
  • 5 years' experience working in a Social Care Grade in a children's residential centre.
