Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated senior leader to take up the role of Head of Reward. The successful candidate will work closely with our executive and senior business leaders to develop and implement a Group Reward Strategy that attracts, retains, engages, and motivates employees through industry best practices.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing elements of executive compensation, as well as assisting with the creation of incentive plans. Additionally, you will lead on all company pay, pension, and employee benefits processes, including compensation, benefits, pensions, global mobility, wellness, and career and reward framework projects.

You will offer advice and assistance to national and international stakeholders regarding reward matters, lead Remuneration Committee matters, executive remuneration, and Board-level reward advisory activities. Furthermore, you will work closely with our Group functions, including Group Finance, Company Secretariat, and Legal, and act as the lead on all compliance reporting, audit, and internal controls related requirements.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience as a senior people leader, leading teams to deliver great business outcomes.

You should have at least 10 years of experience at a mid/senior level, with a high level of personal accountability, trustworthiness, and authenticity. You should also be able to handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information.

A business-related degree would be an advantage, as would knowledge of Reward activities, including job evaluation, Global benchmarking, compensation design, benefits, pensions, risk benefits, private medical insurance, wellness, Global Mobility processes, employment law, and employment taxation.
