Hotel Operations Director Job

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our hotel's day-to-day operations as an experienced Hotel Manager.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of hospitality operations, including food & beverage, sales & events, and customer service
  • Fluency in English and strong analytical skills

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the hotel team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Direct supervision of staff and management of departmental performance
  • Collaboration with other departments to drive business growth and profitability
  • Strategic planning and budgeting for the hotel
  • Driving initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Coordinating health and safety policies and procedures
  • Developing and implementing training programs for staff
