Lead a manufacturing facility's operational excellence by overseeing utilities, equipment, lighting, and building systems for minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

Maintenance Management: Develop maintenance schedules to ensure reliability and performance of infrastructure and equipment.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Supplier & Contractor Management: Source, negotiate, and manage service contracts for cleaning, security, waste, and maintenance services.

Financial Oversight: Prepare forecasts for repairs, upgrades, and capital improvements.

Project Execution: Deliver facility-related projects on time and within budget, including expansions, renovations, and equipment installations.

Sustainability Initiatives: Identify and implement energy-saving and waste-reduction initiatives to support broader environmental goals.

This role requires a degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and regulatory compliance, excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
