Key Role: Facilities Director

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance strategy, and infrastructure development of our production facility.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Maintain optimal site services, utilities, support equipment, and infrastructure performance.
  • Minimize downtime through proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance plan for all plant equipment and critical building systems.
  • Ensure adherence to Health, Safety & Environmental standards, aligning with national and sector-specific legislation.
  • Collaborate with HSE teams and regulatory bodies during audits or inspections.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage external partners for services such as cleaning, waste, security, HVAC, and fire safety.
  • Monitor performance, KPIs, and compliance of third-party vendors.
  • Prepare operational budgets and forecasts for facilities management, projects, and upgrades.
  • Optimize capital investments for long-term cost efficiency.
  • Oversee facilities-related capital projects, from office expansions to the installation of new machinery or energy systems.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Industrial Operations, or a related field (desired).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing facilities in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial settings.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, water, etc.).
  • Experience working with regulatory frameworks (ISO, EHS, EPA, etc.).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • High proficiency with CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office.
