Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sallynoggin. As an integral part of our function, you will provide efficient and accurate administrative support by taking charge of all Goods Inwards and Reception.


About the Role
This permanent, full-time position requires a fast-paced environment experience, with excellent telephone manner and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Main Responsibilities
• Update all documentation to our system and handle any questions or issues that may arise related to Goods Inwards.
• Provide general office administration including speaking on the phone and inputting data online.
• Answer all calls in a professional & efficient manner, dealing with queries or transferring to the relevant department.
• Maintain a clean & tidy reception area, ensuring Company Health & Safety Regulations are strictly adhered to.
• Build customer relationships and maintain a high customer service standard.
• Ensure a tidy working environment at all times in line with health and safety guidelines.
• Actively safeguard against theft of company goods or property by being security conscious at all times.
• Ensure all company policies are implemented accordingly.

• Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively as part of a team.
• Commercial awareness and numeracy skills, excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
• The flexibility and willingness to learn, excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain open collaborative relationships.
• IT literacy and the ability to handle analytical data.
