As a seasoned Information Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the effective management of project information across rail infrastructure projects. This involves overseeing the organization and governance of project data, ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders, and facilitating efficient information flow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive information management strategies for rail projects.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks, including BIM and ISO.
  • Manage project documentation, including data storage, retrieval, and archiving.
  • Support the design and implementation of digital tools and systems for project collaboration.
  • Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of project data.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders to optimize information flow.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in information management, ideally within the rail or infrastructure sector.
  • Strong knowledge of BIM implementation, data management systems, and information governance.
  • Familiarity with Irish and international standards for information management in rail projects.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
