Compensation Analyst Role

The role of Compensation Analyst involves providing strategic support to the Performance and Reward CoE team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and internal compensation analysis to inform business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive compensation plans, including salary reviews and variable pay programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement reward-related decisions for internal moves and new hire appointments.
  • Promote and embed standardized reward processes into business-as-usual activities.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and internal practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a reward, compensation, or HR analytics role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
