Job Title: Cloud Service Lead

This leadership role oversees the management of cloud services for clients, focusing on delivering operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and maximizing return on investment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client expectations to prevent escalations and leading escalation management when necessary.
  • Building strong relationships with clients at various levels within their organization.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and recommending products or services to improve customer satisfaction and ROI.
  • Providing expert incident and problem management for high-impact and critical customer issues.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong client focus and ability to operate at a senior manager level.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent.
  • Conversant in cloud technology and data center deployment, ITIL certification preferred.
  • Experience with formal project management techniques.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and rolling out customer satisfaction improvement programs.
  • Able to work independently with a positive problem-solving attitude.
