Job Title: HR Support Specialist

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a challenging role in human resources? We are currently seeking a skilled HR Support Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Manager, ensuring that all personnel records are up-to-date and accurate.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage employee personnel files, including creating and maintaining both soft and hard copies on our internal systems.
• Assist with high-volume recruitment by posting vacancies, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding processes, including contract setup, induction training, and new hire orientation.
• Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate employee data, terminations, and benefit administration.
• Process employee leave requests and track accruals.
• Review alerts and prompts on our HR system to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Maintain and update personnel records, company policies, and procedures.
• Draft and update job descriptions, as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administration or HR role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HR systems and software, such as Alkimii, is advantageous.
