About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished professional to join our Board as a Strategic Housing Expert.

This is a unique opportunity for an individual with extensive experience in residential property and strong market intelligence on local demand, pricing, and future pipeline trends.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial metrics such as net present value (NPV) and internal rate of return (IRR), enabling them to inform opportunity evaluation, sensitivity analysis, and risk management.

As a member of our Board, you will play a key role in shaping the growth and reputation of our organisation, contributing to the launch of an Intermediate Rent programme across Northern Ireland.

You will be responsible for supporting the application of financial metrics to scrutiny of scheme proposals and helping to evaluate opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
