Job Title:

Luxury Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced and passionate sales consultant to join our team in Cork. In this role, you will provide expert style advice, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales by delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will be a brand ambassador, upholding the heritage and reputation of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver a luxury, client-focused shopping experience, ensuring exceptional service always.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalized styling, clienteling, and follow-ups.
  3. Drive sales and achieve individual and store targets by understanding customer needs and preferences.
  4. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of luxury brands, fabrics, and tailoring techniques to provide expert advice.
  5. Support visual merchandising standards and maintain a pristine store environment.
  6. Work closely with management to support business goals, events, and VIP client experiences.
  7. Keep up to date with fashion trends, new arrivals, and industry developments to enhance product knowledge.
Requirements
  1. 2-3 years in luxury retail / Sales.
  2. Strong clientele and relationship-building skills with a proven track record in driving sales.
  3. Passion for luxury fashion, styling, and tailoring.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. A proactive and professional attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  6. High level of attention to detail and a keen sense of personal presentation.
