Job Description
The Inventory Controller is an integral part of the Stock Management & Control Team that manages all inventory across public and private hospitals served by Tekno Surgical. This role requires regular travel to different sites and working closely with the Stock Management and Sales teams to optimize stock levels. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all stock, including investigating variances, stock rotation and generating the necessary reports to support decision making and KPIs in line with company processes and SOPs.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct stock counts across all hospital locations and reconcile thereafter.
  • Maintain accurate data on all stock and investigate all discrepancies.
  • Collect, interpret, and analyze data.
  • Rotate short-dated stock to higher usage accounts.
  • Support the removal of expired stock from accounts.
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent over stocking.
  • Produce and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support the implementation of hospital consignment agreements.
