The Martin-Brower Company, L.L.C. is hiring a diligent Inventory Management Assistant to oversee inventory control.

About the Job: This role requires meticulous attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure smooth logistics operations.

Main Responsibilities:

Inventory Management
  • Monitor inventory levels and resolve discrepancies.
  • Inspect chill buffer and verify inventory holds.
  • Generate daily ASN reports for warehouse goods.
  • Address Goods In inquiries – allocate vehicles, inspect seals, secure goods, and add items after hours.
  • Work with Shift Management to launch stock waves in WMOS.
  • Forecast and order supplies for external storage.
  • Process customer credit requests.
Logistics Support
  • Support Warehouse Supervisors with tasks as needed.
  • Assist Goods In teams with tasks when required.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Technical understanding of IT systems.
  • Awareness of Health and Safety protocols.
