The Role

You will support business systems practices and logistics functions in the Supply Chain department, including:

  • Carrying out operational activities on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis: reviewing and closing out production orders, investigating discrepancies, and reporting to stakeholders
  • Assisting with all cycle counts and the annual inventory stock take and other year-end procedures
  • Completing shipping invoicing and dispatch notes
  • Progressing all LMM incidents and requests through Service Now for the Dun Laoghaire plant
  • Acting as support and backup to key job roles of Warehouse Leader and Shipping Leader
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Experience in a lean material movements environment
  • Thorough knowledge of ERP systems (ideally SAP or S4 Hana)
  • Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
