Job Title

A lead artist plays a pivotal role in driving sales and brand awareness through exceptional artistry.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the beauty industry, with a proven track record of delivering results at retail artist level. They will lead by example, coaching retail artist teams to succeed and consistently achieve personal sales goals and KPIs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance
    • Meet or exceed personal sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Prioritize appointment bookings and maximize every consultation opportunity
  • Brand Awareness
    • Demonstrate strong product knowledge through effective communication and presentation skills
    • Inspire team members, showcase exceptional artistry, and provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback to develop retail artists
  • Customer Experience
    • Deliver exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience
    • Cultivate customer relationships for direct marketing opportunities within company guidelines
  • Grooming Standards
    • Maintain immaculate grooming standards aligned with industry best practices
