- As a Day Service Manager, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-led day services that support independence, inclusion, and individual choice.
- You will collaborate with colleagues to implement strategic objectives and develop new initiatives that promote innovation and excellence.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices is essential for this role.
- You will work closely with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes through person-centred planning and community engagement.
- Overseeing service operations, including clinical coordination, staffing, and quality assurance, will be a key part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day operations and contributing to service development are critical aspects of this role.
