The Design Team Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of design engineers and CAD technicians, overseeing multiple design projects simultaneously. Responsibilities


  • Manage and lead design engineers and CAD technicians, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles.
  • Solve complex problems and resolve coordination and design roadblocks efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain drawing standards and specifications, ensuring consistency and accuracy throughout all projects.
  • Coordinate LPCB standards and inspection processes, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fire sprinkler design.
  • Proficiency in using Revit and experience with BIM workflows.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize work and manage challenging workloads.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and a 'can-do' attitude towards work.

Desirable Criteria


  • LPCB Basic, Intermediate, and FHC Exams.
  • Project Management Qualification.
