Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced construction leader to oversee the full Electrical & Instrumentation scope on a major project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the E&I scope from pre-construction through system turnover.
  • Conduct constructability reviews and develop detailed scopes of work.
  • Manage subcontractors with a focus on safety, schedule, cost, and quality.
  • Ensure construction meets drawings, specs, standards, and QA/TO requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with design, commissioning, and client teams.
  • Supervise site E&I staff.
  • Monitor progress and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Significant experience leading E&I construction on large projects.
  • Biotech/pharma project background preferred.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering results safely, on time, and within budget.

This is a contract position with a seniority level of mid-senior. The role will be based in Munster, Ireland.
