Lead manufacturing excellence in Ireland as a Senior Process Engineer. This permanent role involves optimizing product manufacturing processes, tooling, and automation to meet customer requirements.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement new products, create standard specifications, and ensure existing production meets these standards while driving process improvement using statistical methods.
- Collaborate with Production Group Leaders to resolve processing issues and build relationships with customers and suppliers to drive continuous improvement and business growth.
- Work with the Quality department to resolve customer issues and provide training on manufacturing skills and new processes.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Plastics Engineering with 4-5 years of experience in the injection moulding industry.
- Strong knowledge of injection mould tooling and design, including processing, ancillary equipment, and automation systems.
- Experience in the Medical, Packaging, or Technology sectors.
- Proficient in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE).
