Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining high-quality standards are also crucial aspects of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Set out construction works according to drawings and specifications
  2. Liaise with site teams, architects, and subcontractors to maintain smooth operations
  3. Maintain adherence to health and safety regulations
  4. Evaluate quality control and ensure industry standards are met
  5. Prepare as-built drawings and site reports

What Skills We Need:

  • Civil Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in setting out roles within Ireland
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings and survey equipment
