Portfolio Manager - Residential Facilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager to oversee and manage a large portfolio of residential facilities in the Dublin area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the industry and excellent client-facing skills.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage a large portfolio of residential facilities
  • Attend and chair meetings with stakeholders
  • Coordinate asset management and utility upgrade projects
  • Supervise work and maintenance teams
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules
  • Establish goals and set milestones for success
  • Manage service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Ensure building service compliance and Health & Safety

Collaborate with internal stakeholders on expansion projects, prepare reports for senior management and clients, and manage building management systems (BMSs). A problem-solving attitude, creative mentality, positive attitude, and excellent work ethic are essential.

Requirements
  • 5 years experience in property management
  • Full Irish driving license
  • PSRA license D
  • Experience in planning for large facilities
  • Problem-solving skills
