Homecare Nurse for Complex Needs Client

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate care nurse to provide high-quality support for a young girl with Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 2.
- Location: Wexford, Ireland
- Shifts: Night Duties, Monday to Friday
The ideal candidate will have experience in caring for individuals with complex medical needs and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to the client, promoting independence and dignity.
- Managing medication and treatments as prescribed by the client's doctor, maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting with mobility and transfers, ensuring the client's safety at all times.
- Encouraging physical activity and promoting a safe living environment, preventing falls and injuries.
