This role involves managing software subscription renewals, which need to be carried out in a timely manner and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal organizations such as inside/field sales, customer success, and channel sales to ensure assigned renewals are closed on time.
You will discuss renewal prices with customers and acquire customer commitment on updated terms, if necessary. Generate and manage sales opportunities and quotes in SFDC, providing timely updates reflective of the sales cycle and any challenges identified.
