Corporate Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our dynamic and experienced team. As a Senior Associate, you will be advising clients on corporate matters at various stages of their lifecycle.

  • Supporting clients in cross-border transactions such as mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.
  • Contributing to business growth while managing client relationships.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience;
  • A strong background in general mergers and acquisitions and venture capital within a top-tier firm or international organization;
  • Ability to demonstrate commercial awareness;
  • Strong academics with excellent academic records;
  • Technical expertise with attention to detail;
  • Interest in professional development;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
