Accounting Professional

We are seeking an accomplished accounting professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual with excellent technical accounting skills and a strong passion for delivering results-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in financial analysis, planning, and reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheet and profit & loss analysis;
  • Review and prepare statutory financial statements;
  • Liaise with external auditors for periodic and year-end review procedures;
  • Liaise with tax specialists to ensure compliance with all external reporting requirements;
  • Assist with SOX compliance and reporting;
  • Prepare, analyze, and post journals at month end;
  • Analyze balance sheet reconciliations at month end;
  • Evaluate and enhance existing processes to ensure efficient completion of duties.
Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA equivalent) with strong technical accounting skills;
  • Third-level degree or equivalent;
  • 0-5 years relevant experience preferably in shared services centres and multinational corporations;
  • SAP/Oracle or other major ERP system experience is desirable;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Effective team player with ability to work under own initiative;
  • Strong computer skills especially MS Office.
