Our company is seeking a skilled engineer to work on the development of micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS). As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing processes for MEMS fabrication.

Job Responsibilities:
  • You will work closely with internal research teams, academic institutions, external partners, and vendors to develop and implement new processes.
  • As process/tool owner, you will be responsible for defining configuration, acceptance criteria, selection, start-up, and qualification of back-end tools including Bonding, CMP, Dice, and grinding.
  • Collaborate with process development, device, and process integration teams to define process requirements for micro-LED processes.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze Design Of Experiments (DOE).
  • Establish, monitor, and maintain process tool controls.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Out-of-Control Action Plans.
  • Collaborate with industrial and academic partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Physics, or Optics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with µLED processing.
  • Understanding of µLED/semiconductor processing and integration.
  • Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • At least 1 year of experience with Design of Experiments (DOE).
