Process Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end fabrication runs in our state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabrication Execution: Plan and execute end-to-end fabrication runs using advanced process modules and metrology methods.
  • Process Optimization: Design and run experiments to improve device performance, collecting and analyzing data to inform process flows.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with researchers and domain experts to drive technical direction and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A MSc degree in physics, materials science, or related discipline.
  • Typically 3 years' hands-on experience with end-to-end wafer fabrication processes in a cleanroom environment.
  • Demonstrated competence in at least 3 semiconductor processing techniques.
  • Knowledge of in-line and end-of-line metrology techniques.
