Packaging Solutions Leader

A leading organization seeks an experienced Packaging Manager to lead its in-house packaging department. The focus will be on form, function, materials, sustainability, and cost of primary, secondary, and transport packaging.
About the Role:- Develop and own enterprise-wide packaging targets, driving progress toward meeting them.
- Manage the pipeline of packaging initiatives across the business from NPD to retrospective changes on targeted areas.
- Actively seek out packaging innovation through partnerships, research, and development opportunities to push ways for the brand to use packaging as a differentiator from competition.
The ideal candidate has multi-year experience working in a packaging management role within a large multinational business. They possess expertise in developing strategies, understanding of packaging regulations and industry standards, and experience in regular reporting and performance management.

- Manage packaging budgets and optimize costs while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.
