Future Leaders Program

We are seeking ambitious graduates who wish to start their career journey in sales and solution engineering. This exciting 12-month program provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both roles, develop foundational skills, and pursue a clear career path.

Key Highlights:
  • You will participate in a rotational program designed to give you exposure to both sales development and solution engineering.
  • As a graduate of this program, you will have the potential to promote to one of these two clear career paths by month 7.
Program Structure:
  1. Introduction Month: You will undergo extensive onboarding enablement in a Salesforce-like academy, where you will learn critical professional skills for your career in salesforce.
  2. Rotations: During this Graduate Program, you will experience the Sales Graduate Path and the Solution Engineering Graduate Path.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree from an All Academic Fields.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew.
  • A creative problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-orientated and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
  • A growth mindset with a strong desire to continuously learn and improve.
