Job Description:

This leadership development role requires a dynamic leader who cultivates a culture of continuous learning and development, equipping current and future leaders with the skills and knowledge necessary to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership development strategy that drives high-performance culture.
  • Identify future leadership capabilities required and design programmes which enhance current and future performance, developing a future-ready leadership talent pipeline.
  • Design and deliver innovative learning programmes, workshops, and initiatives tailored to people leaders at all levels across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to identify development needs and create targeted solutions.
  • Implement assessment tools and feedback processes to evaluate the effectiveness of development programmes and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of leadership development models and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship skills.
  • Creative thinker able to develop and implement innovative leadership development solutions.
  • Focused on achieving measurable results and driving continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in designing and implementing leadership development programs in large, complex organisations.
